why do I strength train so much?
if I told you, you wouldn't believe me. More than anything it is a therapy & a mental stress reliever. Yes, you'll look great, feel amazing, & see positive results in all areas of your life, which is not very enticing to people.
If you are over 30 & don’t have a solid why to begin a strength training regimen, whether you are a male or female.If you have children, or parents, THEY are the best reasons to hit the gym. To be a superhero for your family.
I have a responsibility to be more than a provider. I want to be a participant in my family’s life and be around for them as long & as much as possible.
I know they need me & exercise helps me show up to work, be at the doctors less & help in around the house every-way. Most importantly, it allows me to be present & healthy for them.
Imagine your loved ones looking at you in awe, not just for your strength & discipline, also for your consistency, support, and presence. If you got kids, specially ages:1-13, all they want is for you to be there. I would probably say thats the same thing our parents want in their late years. MORE OF YOU. However your kids are the main focus & your parents will agree. Your children want you to do stuff with them and as crazy as it sounds they want to do whatever they see you doing.
Your kids & your elders will have confidence in you and know that they can count on you.
Strength training is an amazing habit from your 30’s all the way to your 70’s. Its an action and habit that will keep on giving
