Does it really matter...
Why should you work out?
Is it important and does it matter? It depends on what you value.If your health is important to you or how you feel daily, maybe. If you want to lose weight, maybe. I have had a dew clients lose weight without strength training, so why should you?
Helps you become more successful
Helps you have a more stable mind
Helps you age gracefully
YOU already knew these and you still can’t seem to get started on working out.
What if i told you way you exercise can improve or help your activities a daily living,
what are ADL’s?
Those are things like:
Carrying things into the car and from the car like groceries & home decorations
Lifting things up and transferring them to other rooms
Being able to pick up your kids & play with them safely
Gardening work aka yard work.
Cleaning, organizing, and moving your body easily & swiftly.
A well build Exercise program, should help your activities of living and enhance them.
the five buckets that should be filled within your workout to help you achieve this are:
Mobility
Motor control
Power
Strength
Conditioning/cardiovascular fitness.
