why do I work out so much?

if I told you, you wouldn't believe me. Yes, you'll look great, feel amazing, and see results.

But the real reason to hit the gym? To be a superhero for your family.

I have a responsibility to be more than a provider. I want to be a participant in my family’s life and be around for them as long as possible.

I know they need me & when working helps me show up to work, be at the doctors less & help in every-way. Most importantly, it allows me to be present & healthy for them.

Imagine your loved ones looking at you in awe, not just for your strength & discipline, also for your sobriety, support, and being there. If you got kids, specially ages:1-10, all they want is for you to be there.
