Sacrifice & giving up things that you are accustomed to is hard & a task 90% of people aren’t good at.

My journey to really getting aka understanding this concept starts at the age of 18 y/o. The reason,is my buddy Kyle, one of my best friends & business partner’s, my nickname for him is Capt (short for captain).He was the first one to really show me what this meant . When we were seniors in HS. What made him special, was his discipline. He was all basketball & school, no girls, no partying. Focused on his love for the game & Sacrificing even senior prom for his quest to play college basketball & guess WHAT?! it paid off! He was able continue to play after high school.

When we talk about our why, as in why we want to lose weight & feel healthier. These are the common reasons:Looks, health, confidence.

REGARDLESS of your why, you have to be focused & you’re gonna have to say no to some thing’s, in order to get a yes in the area you are pursuing. Now, most of us know what we need to do & what we gotta do, to really get there & just plain don’t do it, because it’s hard.

I’m here to tell you, you have the answers within you to accomplish whatever you want. Reflect on what things need to be adjusted & get out there & try your best!
