TRUE LIFE: I LOVE DOUGHNUTS, COFFEE & HOOKAH
CONSISTENCY > PERFECTION
True life: I love doughnuts, soda & hookah.
-Although I am a fitness & health coach, I am not perfect & you can ask my wife 😑😂😅.
-Creating a healthy relationship with food.
-Practicing a balanced approach to cravings.
-Improving your discipline.
Are 3 actions that can assist you, TO NOT erase things you like, from your life, to live a healthier lifestyle.
3/10 times I am gonna drink some soda.
2/10 I am gonna eat some doughnuts.
1/10 I am gonna smoke some hookah.
If I make these choices 10/10, then I won’t feel 10/10.
Some weeks I am great & some weeks I fail. I don’t get caught up with the bad weeks & try to shift focus on creating more good weeks than bad ones.
You won’t be perfect,however you can be consistent. You’ll be amazed at the power you have to become the 2.0 version of yourself.
Prioritizing your health is a worthy goal to that will yield growth to all aspects of your life.
