Thinking One day "I'll start" could be holding you back

Make "one day", day 1!

we always talk about doing what we want to do, as far as changes in health and fitness. Also making more money or changing careers. Change is inevitable. We always say things that put us in the future tense such as; when the kids are older, when I have more time, when I'm working less, when I make more money, after I heal this injury, after I finish this schooling... Etc. etc.

A better question is why cant you take any action, today, right now?

Let’s imagine two columns. On the left are all the days you have said that you will start “ONE” day. The other column are the days , you’ve taken some kind of action to get you closer to your goal. I am encouraging you make that one day thought, a day one reality & start now. It all starts with the first day, that you begin moving that needle forward.

One thing about this health and fitness journey, is that it's definitely a marathon, and not a sprint.

You should get excited because, this is to your advantage. All you have to do is stick with what you're doing, for a long enough time to see the results. Because no matter what you're trying to do, you know that you can get from point A, to point B, As long as you're making an effort to get there.

You've got to believe in yourself. Go crush your work out!
