I want you to think about the action of strength training as being the main dish of trying to lose weight. It is the most beneficial action toward your weight-loss goal.

Cardio is what most people recommend & it is part of the entire recipe if apllied correctly, however most people go oo much wiht this route without seeing as much result as including the main dish(STRENGTH TRAINING) & the appetizer(cardio).

Unless you are doing a super intense cardio like some moderate jogging, you are not burning more calories than going to do strength session at the house or the gym.

Strength training burns more calories, builds up bone strength & helps you lean out as long as you are being consistent. if you do strength training & cardio you will see even better results however when prioritizing strength training, you will like the way you look much more.

This is just to remind you to make sure to try to strength train because it will get you to your weight-loss goals faster. Whether it’s at home or the gym, its super beneficial.
