It’s pretty cliche to say quote “Its the small things that make the difference.”
Today is a day to start making changes into your future. Putting aside things like relationships or work & focusing on micro things you may not be aware are holding you back from developing in your grandest self. Lifetyle changes & the choices you make have a huge impact on your reality.
Here is a list of minor things we could swap, that don’t seem too important, however if practiced over time will lead you to a new level of yourself.
Swap soda for water
Swap music for podcast
Swap Netflix for working on yourself or your side hustle
Swap processed food for cooked food(specially for weight-loss)
Swap overthinking for meditation/prayer
Swap cardio machines for lifting weights (specially for weight-loss)
These might factors that you consider simple minded, you do daily. YOU have the power & ability to substitute for a different choice. Don’t try to switch everything at once. Pick one choice to start & every month you can add another one.
As I get older I realize life is about choices, so choose wisely & MAKE YOUR NEXT MOVE, YOUR BEST MOVE.
