A 1-Day Jumpstart Plan

Hey team 👋, Coach Eric here.
Ever feel like your routine’s gone off the rails? Maybe workouts got skipped, meals got rushed, or stress took over. Don’t worry—you’re not “starting over.” You just need a reset button 🔄.
Here’s my simple 1-Day Jumpstart Plan to get you back on track fast:
🌅 Morning Reset
Hydrate first thing 💧 (before coffee, chug a tall glass of water)
Move for 10 minutes 🚶♂ (walk, stretch, or bodyweight circuit)
Protein-rich breakfast 🍳 (eggs, Greek yogurt, or a smoothie with 20g+ protein)
🕛 Midday Energy Boost
Balanced lunch 🥗 (lean protein + veggies + healthy fats)
Break the sitting cycle ⏱ (stand up or walk every 60–90 minutes)
2-minute stress reset 🧘♀ (close your eyes, deep breathing, in through nose, out through mouth)
🌙 Evening Wind-Down
Light dinner 🍲 (focus on fiber + protein, avoid heavy carbs late)
Digital sunset 📵 (put the phone away 1 hr before bed)
Bedtime ritual 😴 (journal 3 wins from today + lights out same time nightly)
