Strength training is not necessary for weight-loss

There are many ways to cut a pie

The more clients I get to work with the more I realize the magnitude of the impact I have in my clients life.

With great power comes great responsibility & I take what I do very serious which is why I have build a very successful business.

My approach to exercise /fitness is simple. My goal is to make it as simple for you to understand & why you should think about the way you exercise & if it’s the most optimal approach for you.

We all know that exercise/fitness is good for you but the task involves time. I am here to explain how to get the most out of your daily exercise routine. Concepts such as:

-What you’re doing with that time?

-How do we maximize what we gain out of that time?

-The pivotal concept of consistency when using my approach.

-The concept of patience when using my approach.

This is important, if you are trying to maximize what you get out of the time that you are already spending at the gym. Most of my clients get tiny doses of all these factors & different factors are introduced at the time that’s best for them to add more concepts.I try to keep it simple & not introduce too many factors, which makes the building of the habit more possible. The concept are introduced are based on time, because as you’re training age develops(how long you been working out for) you can handle more and see the point of adding more concepts to your fitness routine, why they are important to add to your routine & the why behind each action & concept. The 5 buckets of exercise ties great into these.

I love strength training as the main method/approach and think it’s the best way to lose weight however I got clients who don’t work out & still see results, This means strength training is not necessary. However, This slow transition allows for people to eventually develop the thought to want to try strength training since it has all these benefits. Once people see results with my other methods, they might be more willing to try to work out with the coach E philosophy. Focusing on the 5 buckets of exercise to know what to do & what not to do & see the most out of your fitness routine.

Stay tuned as we break down these 5 buckets of exercise in the next weekly newsletters. Have a beautiful day you beautiful soul & remember:

Go crush your workout!
