Do you really think that you can bullet proof your body? 

That’s a lot of new social media influencers, I would not even refer to them as trainers… This is their new motto. You can definitely heal your body however , using corrective exercises or strengthening muscles, ligaments & tendons cannot prevent injury or “bullet Proof” you, they can only reduce the risk of potential injury, SO NO, YOU CAN’T BE BULLET PROOF your BODY OR JOINTS. Even bullet proof vests aren’t bullet proof, they wont let the bullet go through but still leave a nasty bruise. This is similar to what a good workout program can do, can reduce the risk, not eliminate it.

Factors like your kind of job, BMI(body mass index), sleep, hydration, protein intake & mental state( depression, anxiety, stress) can reduce or increase the potential of injury. What you do for exercises, is just one factor & the road towards healing yourself will need to address all these factors, not just doing your work out.
